Wild about Herbs and Spices
Pendleton, Indiana -- We have an exciting program scheduled for this Saturday, January 19th at 10:00 a.m. in the Community Room. Wild about Herbs and Spices will be presented by Chef Clark Costerison, owner of The Simple Café in Pendleton. Clark will teach us how to add flavor and zest to our cooking. He will be bringing samples that will give you hands-on experience tasting different seasonings. Scott will also have some ideas for you on how to spice up your chili for our Chili Cook-Off contest on February 23rd (see attached brochure). Come spice up your Saturday morning with this program!
